Hookit™ abrasives work well in spaces where adhesive-backed discs may become contaminated by dust or dirt. Hookit™ abrasives conveniently attach to hook-and-loop backup pads (sold separately), can be removed cleanly and easily, and can be re-used again and again for the extent of the abrasive life. The backing consists of small loops that are formed when tufts of material are pulled through the abrasive’s scrim. These loops subsequently attach to hooks on the backup pad.
