FREIGHT FREE on purchases with a subtotal of $4000.00 or more.

First Time Customers

If this is the first time ordering with us or the first time receiving a shipment from 3M, 3M states it will take 1 extra day to ship your order due to 3M's process for adding the new ship to address.  Customers who have ordered from us before or received shipments from 3M in the past will have their shipments processed and shipped without delay.

Certificate of Conformance or Lot Certificates

If a certificate of conformance or a lot certificate is required, please request this in the order notes section on the checkout page at the time of ordering.  3M will charge a fee if requested after the order has been processed.

International Customers

We ship within the Continental United States only. We need a ship to address within the Continental United States that is not our address.  We are not set up to receive shipments from 3M.  You would need to arrange shipping from this address to your country.  We do not export and 3M does not ship out of the United States.  Most international companies have the shipment go to their freight forwarder. If you are shipping a hazardous product out of the United States, please make sure you contract a freight forwarder who is capable of handling/packaging hazardous material.

Next Day Air Cutoff 

3M asks orders shipping next day air be received by 12:00 EST. 3M has a minimum 2-3 day lead time for all orders regardless of the ship method chosen, including for overnight ship requests. 

Made to order items 

We are unable to expedite the lead time if the item is made to order.
