Ordering:

Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  Our customer support line is 800-664-7815.

Orders are processed by Industrial General Store Monday through Friday, 8:00am through 5:00pm EST, not including holidays. Customer service representatives are also available during this time for any questions or help with products/orders.

Any lead times communicated to customers are estimated lead times which are subject to change by 3M and cannot be guaranteed by Industrial General Store. Some items may have extended lead times due to supply constraint's with raw materials, which will be communicated to the customer as soon as informed, if such a delay exists. 

Return Policy:

While our standard policy indicates no returns are typically accepted, we do acknowledge exceptions for certain stock items, defective or damaged goods. In such cases, we are committed to providing a replacement to ensure you receive quality product. The return windown for approved new products and defective products is 21 days. If 3M has a specific product warranty, return period will be expanded to match.

In certain situations, it might be possible to return your entire order, not solely the damaged items, contingent upon 3M's approval. This approval is based on a number of criteria, including whether the item is regularly stocked by 3M and the amount of time that has passed since the product's receipt and the submission of a return request.

Please note that there are specific circumstances where 3M will not grant return approval. This includes situations where the item is made-to-order or the order total is less than $600.00. As a result, we strongly urge you to review your orders carefully before confirming them.

Details regarding whether an item is regularly stocked or made-to-order can be found under the specifications tab on the individual item page. "N" signifies a made-to-order item, while "S" indicates a regularly stocked item.

While we strive to accommodate our customers wherever possible, please understand that we cannot guarantee the approval of all return requests.

In the event you receive a defective or damaged shipment, please email us at support@industrialgeneralstore.com. In your email, please provide detailed reasons and images of damaged product for requesting a replacement. This information will help us facilitate communication with 3M to start the return process and arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you.

Product Picture Errors:

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately represent the actual item. Variations in color, design, and appearance may occur, and occasional photo errors are possible.

Pricing Errors:

At Industrial General Store, we strive to provide accurate pricing information for all our products and services. However, despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur. The following policy outlines how we handle such situations:

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and adjust the price of any order accordingly. This includes correcting errors discovered after an order has been placed. 

If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or human error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product or service at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your payment method has been charged. If there is multiple items on an order and there is a partial pricing error with only some of the items having the error, we reserve the right to cancel that erred line and proceed with the correctly priced items only. 

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Errors:

At Industrial General Store, we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information across all aspects of our website. However, on rare occasions, discrepancies in displayed Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) may occur due to technical errors, system issues, or recent changes in MOQ requirements. Please note the following policy regarding MOQs in cases of website errors:

If an incorrect MOQ is displayed due to a website error, Industrial General Store reserves the right to correct the MOQ to align with our standard policy. We will make every effort to notify you promptly if your order is affected.

Orders placed based on erroneous MOQs may be subject to cancellation, revision, or additional charges to meet the correct MOQ. We will contact you directly to discuss any adjustments or provide options for completing your purchase.

Industrial General Store is not liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from website errors, including incorrect MOQs. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to provide accurate, reliable information on our website.

Customer Notification:

If a pricing error is identified, we will notify you as soon as possible with the correct pricing information. If an MOQ error is identified, we will notify you as soon as possible with the correct MOQ information.

If your order is canceled due to a pricing error and your payment method has already been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. 

If your order is partially canceled due to a pricing error and your payment method has already been charged, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the full amount of the item(s) that were cancelled. 

Promotional or Discount Pricing

Promotional and discount pricing is subject to change and may be corrected if any errors are found. Any promotional offers or discounts will only apply to orders placed during the promotional period and are not retroactive.
