Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  Our customer support line is 800-664-7815.

Orders are processed by Industrial General Store Monday through Friday, 8:00am through 5:00pm EST, not including holidays. Customer service representatives are also available during this time for any questions or help with products/orders.

Any lead times communicated to customers are estimated lead times which are subject to change by 3M and cannot be guaranteed by Industrial General Store. Some items may have extended lead times due to supply constraint's with raw materials, which will be communicated to the customer as soon as informed, if such a delay exists. 

Return Policy:

While our standard policy indicates no returns are typically accepted, we do acknowledge exceptions for defective or damaged goods. In such cases, we are committed to providing a replacement to ensure you receive quality product.

In certain situations, it might be possible to return your entire order, not solely the damaged items, contingent upon 3M's approval. This approval is based on a number of criteria, including whether the item is regularly stocked by 3M and the amount of time that has passed since the product's receipt and the submission of a return request.

Please note that there are specific circumstances where 3M will not grant return approval. This includes situations where the item is made-to-order or the order total is less than $600.00. As a result, we strongly urge you to review your orders carefully before confirming them.

Details regarding whether an item is regularly stocked or made-to-order can be found under the specifications tab on the individual item page. "N" signifies a made-to-order item, while "S" indicates a regularly stocked item.

While we strive to accommodate our customers wherever possible, please understand that we cannot guarantee the approval of all return requests.

In the event you receive a defective or damaged shipment, please email us at support@industrialgeneralstore.com. In your email, please provide detailed reasons and images of damaged product for requesting a replacement. This information will help us facilitate communication with 3M to start the return process and arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you.
