This is a self-adhered tape designed for sealing difficult-to-stick surfaces, even damp surfaces. Built with a waterproof membrane and proprietary backing, this tape seals around nails and staples to prevent moisture intrusion and establishes an air barrier. This sealing tape is UV-resistant (up to 12 months) and the adhesive will not melt or stain when exposed to heat. The tough, unique backing of this tape resists punctures and tears during application, but is also thin and conformable, conveniently fitting into corners. We gave this high tack tape a split release liner to allow for simple and fast application and accurate positioning of the tape.
