Our hook saver provides an additional low cost replaceable layer of hooks that can be consumed during use, in place of those on the disc pad itself. This extends the life of the pad and minimizes costly replacements where repeated disc chances occur

Stiff hooks on the receiving side mesh with pliable loops on the disc to provide secure abrasive attachment. Over time, repeated disc changes will fatigue the hooks on the disc pad and reduce the level of attachment force between the disc and pad. To protect your specialized Hookit™ Pad and extend its useful life, 3M™ has developed this low-cost hook saver attachment.
