This clutch prohibits the roller from turning freely until the operator applies the correct pressure on the spring to generate a consistent 15 PSI at the bondline - all but ensuring optimal wet out of the foam acrylic tape adhesive to the automotive substrate for maximum adhesion and a sharp, professional appearance. The clutch roller can be pre-tuned by 3M to match specific OEM specifications.The L handle fits smoothly into the operator's hand, maximizing tool use and helping reduce operator fatigue.
