3M™ Thermally Conductive Acrylic Interface Pad 5550H is designed to provide a preferential heat transfer path between heat generating components like integrated circuit (IC) chips and heat spreaders such as aluminum heat sinks. 3M pads 5550H consists of a highly conformable slightly tacky acrylic elastomeric sheet filled with conductive ceramic particles and it's very good softness enables to fill the gap easily.
