        Our 3M™ CBN Wheel 195DM was designed for high performance primary and secondary relief grinding. This process is used in the production and sharpening of cutting tools. Cutting edges are typically “relieved” to enhance chip clearance. Primary relief involves removing material directly behind the cutting edge. For secondary relief, a slight bevel is ground next to the primary relief.

        The resin bonded 3M™ CBN Wheel 195DM is used for grinding primary and secondary relief angles on cutting tools made of tool steel and high speed steel. This general purpose wheel is designed to provide a fast, free cut, and it is ideal for shorter production runs.

        Our site states no returns allowed; however, if your order is defective or damaged, the order will be replaced with good product. In addition, we will attempt to return all your product (not only damaged product) if 3M grants the return based on various factors. Some items may be approved for return pending approval from 3M.
